Libretto® W100 Dual Touch-Screen Laptop from Toshiba

Toshiba has unveiled a new dual-screen, touch-screen mini laptop Libretto® W100. The Libretto W100 runs Microsoft's Windows 7 operating system, and has two 7in, LED-backlit touch-screens. The new libretto® W100 ultra mobile PC multiplies your possibilities by offering dual 7” diagonal multi-touch screens that work horizontally or vertically—perfect for ebooks or enjoying movies, music, photos, surfing the internet, sending and receiving emails and keeping up to speed with social networking sites on the move. The main features are:

Breakthrough Portability: Weighing in at under two pounds, the durable clamshell design of the libretto® PC makes even the lightest laptops seem heavy. Engineered for the ultimate in carrying comfort and handheld performance, it’s equipped with a spacious solid state drive for storing and sharing your files, along with music, photos and clips. And it’s encased in a black metallic finish.

Wireless Freedom: Carry the libretto® W100 PC and you’re done with wires. Wireless-N puts you in touch from any hotspot. A built-in webcam empowers you to chat face-to-face all over the place. And integrated Bluetooth® v2.1 lets you lose the cords when using headphones, speakers or a mouse.

Seamless Synchronization: This PC definitely plays well with others. Driven by Windows® 7, it lets you easily share, stream and synchronize your files and multimedia through your home network or cloud. It also comes with a USB port and built-in memory reader so you can transfer stuff to and from external hard drives and other popular gear.

Go-Anywhere Windows® 7 Performance: This ultra mobile PC is small, but never shrinks from the task at hand. Powered by Windows® 7 Home Premium, it offers familiar navigation and full multimedia capabilities. So now you can enjoy many different things—games, ebooks, movies, music and TV—from a single device. Perfect for multi-tasking, it also comes with an energy-efficient Intel® Pentium™ processor that lets you keep on doing and enjoying, wherever you’re going.

Toshiba also unveiled two other new laptops, the Portege R700 and AC100. The R700 is a lightweight laptop with a 13in screen, which uses a new cooling system to ensure it doesn't overheat, while the AC100 is only 14mm thick and runs Google's Android operating system. Toshiba said it could boot up in less than a second, allowing users to get online quickly and easily. All three new laptops will go on sale next month. Toshiba has not yet confirmed pricing details for any of the devices.

How to modify exe

learn how to change *.exe files, in 5 easy steps: 1) Don't try to modify a prog by editing his source in a dissasembler. Why? It's a resource editor- very easy to use, You can download it at h**p://www.users.on.net/johnson/resourcehacker/ 2) Unzip the archive, and run ResHacker.exe. You can check out the help file too 3) You will see that the interface is simple and clean. Go to the menu FileOpen or press Ctrl+O to open a file. Browse your way to the file you would like to edit. You can edit *.exe, *.dll, *.ocx, *.scr and *.cpl files, but this tutorial is to teach you how to edit *.exe files, so open one. 4) In the left side of the screen a list of sections will appear. One-click PC shut down

This is really very easy one but very effective one. Enjoy it! First, create a shortcut on your desktop by right-clicking on the desktop, choosing New, and then choosing Shortcut. The Create Shortcut Wizard appears. In the box asking for the location of the shortcut, type shutdown. After you create the shortcut, double-clicking on it will shut down your PC. But you can do much more with a shutdown shortcut than merely shut down your PC. You can add any combination of several switches to do extra duty, like this shutdown -r -t 01 -c “Rebooting your PC” Double-clicking on that shortcut will reboot your PC after a one-second delay and display the message “Rebooting your PC.” The shutdown command includes a variety of switches you can use to customize it. Table 1-3 lists all of them and describes their use. I use this technique to create two shutdown shortcuts on my desktop—one for turning off my PC, and one for rebooting. Here are the ones I use: shutdown -s -t 03 -c “Bye Bye!” shutdo
